Ultiva side effect was reported by a Physician from JAPAN on Aug 04, 2008. Male patient, 24 years of age, was diagnosed with infection prophylaxis and was treated with Ultiva. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: blister, erythema multiforme, toxic skin eruption. Ultiva dosage: 2MG PER DAY. During the same period patient was treated with CEFAZOLIN, THIOPENTAL, VECURONIUM BROMIDE, NEOSTIGMINE BROMIDE, ATROPINE SULPHATE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: blister, erythema multiforme, toxic skin eruption. Ultiva dosage: 2MG PER DAY. During the same period patient was treated with CEFAZOLIN, THIOPENTAL, VECURONIUM BROMIDE, NEOSTIGMINE BROMIDE, ATROPINE SULPHATE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
