Ultiva side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from NETHERLANDS on Oct 27, 2008. Female patient, 55 years of age, weighting 167.6 lb, was treated with Ultiva. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: injection site pain, venous thrombosis. Ultiva dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with CLINDAMYCINE, DIPRIVAN, LIDOCAINE, CEFUROXIME. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
