Ultiva side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from FRANCE on Apr 29, 2008. Female patient, 71 years of age, was treated with Ultiva. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: bone marrow failure, hyperthermia, hypotension, lactic acidosis, lung disorder, respiratory disorder, septic shock. Ultiva dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with ACETAMINOPHEN, MORPHINE, DIPRIVAN, DROLEPTAN. Patient died.
