Ultiva Side Effects Report #5478395-X
Ultiva side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from FRANCE on Sept 28, 2007. Male patient, 69 years of age, was diagnosed with antibiotic prophylaxis and was treated with Ultiva. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: anaphylactoid shock, cyanosis, heart rate increased, hypotension, oxygen saturation decreased, urticaria. Ultiva dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with DIPRIVAN, SEVORANE, AUGMENTIN, LIPANTHYL, ZYLORIC, TENORETIC, ATARAX. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
