Ultiva side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from FRANCE on Jan 17, 2008. Male patient, 52 years of age, was treated with Ultiva. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: anaphylactic shock, bronchospasm, circulatory collapse. Ultiva dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with AUGMENTIN, DIPRIVAN, XYLOCAINE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
