After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: anaphylactic shock, hypotension, mechanical ventilation complication, tachycardia. Ultiva dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with TRACRIUM, AMOXICILLIN AND CLAVULANATE POTASSIUM, DIPRIVAN, SUPRANE. Patient recovered.
