Ultiva side effect was reported by a Pharmacist from JAPAN on July 14, 2008. Female patient, 72 years of age, weighting 83.78 lb, was diagnosed with head and neck cancer  and was treated with Ultiva. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: anaphylactic reaction. Ultiva dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with PROPOFOL, ROCURONIUM BROMIDE, SEVOFLURANE, RASENAZOLIN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
