Ultane side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from on Apr 26, 2005. Male patient, child 4 years of age, weighting 36.16 lb, was diagnosed with induction of anaesthesia, neuromuscular blockade, maintenance of anaesthesia, cardiac operation, neuromuscular blockade reversal and was treated with Ultane. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: bradycardia, cardiac arrest What is  cardiac arrest, hyperkalaemia, rhabdomyolysis, ventricular fibrillation, ventricular tachycardia. Ultane dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with PANCURONIUM, ISOFLURANE, OXYGEN, NITROUS OXIDE, FENTANYL, CARDIOPLEGIA, POTASSIUM CHLORIDE, ATROPINE. Patient recovered.
