Ultane side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from on Dec 25, 2004. Male patient, 17 years of age, was diagnosed with suicide attempt and was treated with Ultane. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: cardiac arrest , completed suicide, fluorosis, loss of consciousness, multi-organ failure, overdose, suicide attempt. Ultane dosage: unknown. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died on 12/25/2004.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: bradycardia, cardiac arrest , haemodialysis, hyperkalaemia, hyperthermia malignant, metabolic acidosis, multi-organ failure, muscle rigidity, procedural complication. Ultane dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with VECURONIUM BROMIDE. Patient died.
