After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: global amnesia, hypotension. Ultane dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with PROPOFOL, FENTANYL CITRATE, SUCCINYLCHOLINE CHLORIDE, NITROUS OXIDE W, OXYGEN, METFORMIN, ENALAPRIL, AXOTAL. Patient recovered.
