Female patient, 56 years of age, weighting 110.2 lb, was diagnosed with pyrexia, lung infection pseudomonal and was treated with Tygacil. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: alanine aminotransferase increased, aspartate aminotransferase increased, blood alkaline phosphatase increased, blood bilirubin increased, hepatic failure, jaundice . Tygacil dosage: unknown. Patient recovered.
