Twinject side effect was reported by a Pharmacist from on Oct 28, 2008. Male patient, 51 years of age, was diagnosed with anaphylactic reaction and was treated with Twinject. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: anaphylactic shock, device malfunction, product quality issue. Twinject dosage: 0.3 MG, PRN, SUBCUTANEOUS/INTRAMUSCULAR. During the same period patient was treated with EPIVAL, TEGRETOL, LIPITOR, HYDROCHLOROTHIAZIDE, ALTACE, LOPRESSOR. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
