After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: incorrect dose administered. Tussionex dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with ZITHROMAX. Patient died on 02/25/2006.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: cough, dizziness What is  dizziness, feeling abnormal, incorrect dose administered, insomnia, sluggishness, somnolence. Tussionex dosage: 5ML. Patient recovered.
