Tums side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from on Oct 22, 2004. Female patient, 85 years of age, was diagnosed with prophylaxis and was treated with Tums. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: anaemia, anorexia, blood glucose increased, colonic haemorrhage, diabetes mellitus, feeling abnormal, gastric ulcer, rectal prolapse. Tums dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with TUMS E, LIPITOR, ATENOLOL, DIGOXIN, TOPROL, ALTACE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

Tums dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with THYROID. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
