Tropicamide side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from FRANCE on Feb 13, 2006. Male patient, weighting 2.43 lb, was diagnosed with mydriasis, fundoscopy and was treated with Tropicamide. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: abdominal distension, convulsion, intubation, overdose, oxygen saturation decreased, tachycardia. Tropicamide dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with PROCAINE, ATROPIN, PHENYLEPHRINE HYDROCHLORIDE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
