Male patient, 57 years of age, was diagnosed with viral infection  and was treated with Trizivir. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: cardiac failure, cardiomyopathy , dilatation ventricular, dyspnoea, dyspnoea exertional, mitral valve incompetence, oedema peripheral, orthopnoea, tricuspid valve incompetence. Trizivir dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with TRYPTIZOL, LOPERAMID, COMBIVIR. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
