Male patient, 65 years of age, was diagnosed with hiv infection , hypertension, hyperlipidaemia and was treated with Trizivir. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: cough, diarrhoea, hepatic enzyme increased, hepatic steatosis, hepatomegaly, hypersensitivity, liver disorder, lung infiltration. Trizivir dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with ENALAPRIL MALEATE, HYDROCHLOROTHIAZIDE, GEMFIBROZIL, COMBIVIR, SUSTIVA. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
