Female patient, 19 years of age, was diagnosed with dysmenorrhoea and was treated with Triquilar. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: blood pressure decreased, dehydration, fibrin d dimer increased, loss of consciousness, nausea , palpitations, pulmonary artery thrombosis, pyrexia. Triquilar dosage: unknown. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
