Female patient, 24 years of age, weighting 155.0 lb, was diagnosed with oral contraception and was treated with Triphasil. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: chest pain , pulmonary embolism . Triphasil dosage: unknown. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
