Triphasil side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from UNITED STATES on Sept 28, 2006. Female patient, 23 years of age, was treated with Triphasil. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: cholelithiasis, deep vein thrombosis , inflammation, pelvic venous thrombosis, pleural effusion, renal abscess, systemic lupus erythematosus. Triphasil dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with ORTHO EVRA, TOPAMAX. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
