Female patient was diagnosed with hiv infection , acquired immunodeficiency syndrome and was treated with Triomune. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: ischaemic stroke, lacunar infarction. Triomune dosage: GPO-VIR 60 MG OR 80 MG. Patient recovered.
