Female patient was diagnosed with hiv infection , acquired immunodeficiency syndrome and was treated with Triomune. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: cerebral toxoplasmosis, hemiparesis, immune reconstitution syndrome. Triomune dosage: GPO-VIR 60 MG OR 80 MG. Patient recovered.
