Trinessa side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from UNITED STATES on Apr 07, 2008. Female patient, 14 years of age, was diagnosed with contraception, ovarian cyst , rash  and was treated with Trinessa. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: nephrolithiasis, off label use. Trinessa dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with TYLENOL W, ZITHROMAX. Patient recovered.
