Trimethoprim Side Effects Report #4594980-1
Trimethoprim side effect was reported by a Health Professional from on July 07, 2003. Female patient, 59 years of age, was diagnosed with urinary tract infection  and was treated with Trimethoprim. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: asthenia, back pain , blood pressure decreased, headache , hypersensitivity, photosensitivity reaction, pyrexia. Trimethoprim dosage: 200 MG, BID, ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with MIRTAZAPINE, MELOXICAM, PANTOPRAZOLE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
