Female patient, 46 years of age, weighting 153.0 lb, was diagnosed with schizoaffective disorder and was treated with Trilafon. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: deafness transitory, transient ischaemic attack. Trilafon dosage: 4 MG 3 TIMES DAILY ORAL. Patient recovered.
