Trifluoperazine side effect was reported by a Pharmacist from UNITED STATES on Mar 06, 2007. Female patient, 55 years of age, was diagnosed with bipolar disorder What is  bipolar disorder and was treated with Trifluoperazine. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: neuroleptic malignant syndrome. Trifluoperazine dosage: 30 MG AT BEDTIME PO. During the same period patient was treated with PAROXETINE, CLONAZEPAM. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
