Triflucan and status epilepticus Patient Reports February 11, 2012

Triflucan Side Effects Report #5450828-4
Triflucan side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from FRANCE on Sept 11, 2007. Female patient, 56 years of age, weighting 198.4 lb, was diagnosed with candidiasis, thrombophlebitis, acute lymphocytic leukaemia and was treated with Triflucan. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: aphasia , candidiasis, depressed level of consciousness, glasgow coma scale abnormal, meningorrhagia, nuclear magnetic resonance imaging, pancytopenia, status epilepticus, subdural haematoma. Triflucan dosage: 400 MG DAILY. During the same period patient was treated with FRAXODI, CYCLOPHOSPHAMIDE, DOXORUBICIN, DEXAMETHASONE, NEULASTA, METHOTREXATE, CYTARABINE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: encephalopathy, myoclonus, status epilepticus. Triflucan dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with TOPALGIC, MOPRAL. Patient died.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: status epilepticus. Triflucan dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with HOLOXAN, NAVELBINE, MITOXANTRONE, ACUPAN, CLAFORAN, VANCOMYCIN, BACTRIM, NORVIR. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
