Triflucan and agranulocytosis Patient Reports February 11, 2012

Triflucan Side Effects Report #5308877-2
Triflucan side effect was reported by a Health Professional from FRANCE on Apr 17, 2007. Male patient, 68 years of age, was diagnosed with infection , nausea  and was treated with Triflucan. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: agranulocytosis, conjunctival oedema, eye disorder, keratitis, multi-organ failure, nausea , post procedural complication, pseudomonas infection. Triflucan dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with CIPROFLOXACIN, AUGMENTIN, ETHYOL, PARACETAMOL, METOCLOPRAMIDE, SEROPRAM, TEMESTA. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: agranulocytosis, eye disorder, multi-organ failure, toxic epidermal necrolysis. Triflucan dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with CIPROFLOXACIN, AUGMENTIN, ETHYOL, PARACETAMOL, METOCLOPRAMIDE, SEROPRAM, TEMESTA. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
