Male patient, 50 years of age, was diagnosed with hypertriglyceridaemia, depression , gastrooesophageal reflux disease, constipation  and was treated with Tricor. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: angioplasty , arteriogram coronary, catheterisation cardiac, coronary artery occlusion, myocardial infarction, stent placement. Tricor dosage: 145 MG, QD. During the same period patient was treated with WELLBUTRIN, REMERON, FLEXERIL, ADVAIR DISKUS, ACIPHEX, ZELNORM. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
