Female patient, 74 years of age, weighting 112.4 lb, was diagnosed with hypertension and was treated with Triamterene. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: fluid intake reduced, hyponatraemia, nausea , oral intake reduced. Triamterene dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with CRESTOR, INDERAL LA, SYNTHROID. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
