Trexan Side Effects Report #4613839-4
Trexan side effect was reported by a Health Professional from on Mar 11, 2005. Female patient, 81 years of age, was diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis  and was treated with Trexan. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: pancytopenia. Trexan dosage: TOTAL DOSE: 7857 MG. During the same period patient was treated with NORVASC, FURESIS, SOMAC, METOPROLOL SUCCINATE, ACETAMINOPHEN, NITROSID, PRIMASPAN, URETREN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died on 02/28/2005.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: loss of consciousness, pancytopenia. Trexan dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with FURESIS, SOMAC, NORVASC, SELOKEN, ACETAMINOPHEN, NITROSID, PRIMASPAN, IMOVANE. Patient died on 02/28/2005.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: febrile neutropenia, pancytopenia. Trexan dosage: TAKEN 5 MG (2.5 MG, 1 IN 12 H) BY ORAL ON 29-JUN-07 TO 30-JUN-07 (1 DAY).. During the same period patient was treated with ACITRETIN, CYCLOSPORINE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died.
