Tretinoin side effect was reported by a Physician from SPAIN on Feb 18, 2002. Female patient, 58 years of age, was diagnosed with acute promyelocytic leukaemia and was treated with Tretinoin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: respiratory failure, retinoic acid syndrome. Tretinoin dosage: unknown. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died.

Female patient, 34 years of age, was diagnosed with acute promyelocytic leukaemia and was treated with Tretinoin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: embolism, renal failure, respiratory failure. Tretinoin dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with APROTININ, CYTOSINE ARABINOSIDE, DAUNORUBICIN. Patient died.
