Tretinoin side effect was reported by a Health Professional from FRANCE on May 13, 2008. Male patient, 44 years of age, was diagnosed with white blood cell count increased and was treated with Tretinoin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: necrotising fasciitis, streptococcal infection What is  streptococcal infection. Tretinoin dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with CYTARABINE, DAUNORUBICIN, PIPERACILLIN, TAZOBACTAM, NETILMICIN SULPHATE, VANCOMYCIN, AMPHOTERICIN B, METRONIDAZOLE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
