Tretinoin side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from INDIA on June 05, 2008. Male patient, 19 years of age, was diagnosed with acute promyelocytic leukaemia and was treated with Tretinoin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: abdominal rigidity, chest x-ray abnormal, crepitations, hypotension, hypoxia, ileal perforation, neutrophil count decreased, oxygen saturation decreased, peritonitis. Tretinoin dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with DAUNORUBICIN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died.
