After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: arthritis , chills, off label use, pyrexia, skin reaction. Trelstar dosage: unknown. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

During the same period patient was treated with TRELSTAR DEPOT, TRELSTAR DEPOT, CALCIUM GLUCONATE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
