Trelstar Side Effects Report #4549472-2
Trelstar side effect was reported by a Health Professional from on Dec 22, 2004. Male patient, 84 years of age, was diagnosed with prostate cancer , death of spouse, depression  and was treated with Trelstar. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: blood iron decreased, gastric polyps, haemolytic anaemia, vitamin b12 decreased. Trelstar dosage: 3 MG ( 1/28 DAYS), INTRAMUSCULAR. During the same period patient was treated with ACETAMINOPHEN, ATHYMIL, LASILIX, SOTALOL, RAMIPRIL, ASASANTINE LP, VASTAREL. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

Trelstar side effect was reported by a Physician from FRANCE on July 10, 2007. Male patient, 79 years of age, weighting 154.3 lb, was diagnosed with prostate cancer  and was treated with Trelstar. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: asthenia, blood lactate dehydrogenase increased, dyspnoea, haemolytic anaemia, macrocytosis, marrow hyperplasia. Trelstar dosage: 11.25 MG, SINGLE, INTRAMUSCULAR. During the same period patient was treated with ZOXAN LP, DAFLON, LOPERAMIDE, NIFUROXAZIDE, ESBERIVEN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: haemolytic anaemia, ovarian enlargement, ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome, pelvic fluid collection, renal failure acute, thrombocytopenia, vomiting. Trelstar dosage: unknown. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

Trelstar dosage: .05 MG, DAILY, SUBCUTANEOUS. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: abdominal pain upper, asthenia, haemolytic anaemia, ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome, pelvic fluid collection, renal failure acute, thrombocytopenia, thrombotic microangiopathy. Trelstar dosage: 0.05 MG, DAILY, SUBCUTANEOUS. During the same period patient was treated with GONAL, OVITRELLE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
