Female patient, weighting 114.6 lb, was diagnosed with panic disorder , depression , anxiety , sleep disorder  and was treated with Trazodone. During the same period patient was treated with ZOLOFT, PROVIGIL, PROVENTIL, ADVAIR DISKUS. Patient recovered.
