After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: depression , intentional overdose, pain , suicide attempt. Trazodone dosage: 100 MG, DAILY. During the same period patient was treated with PEGASYS, COPEGUS, LUNESTA, XANAX, FLEXERIL, WELLBUTRIN, PHENERGAN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
