Female patient, 43 years of age, was diagnosed with sleep disorder , migraine , pain  and was treated with Trazodone. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: aggression, chest discomfort, dysphagia, dyspnoea, panic reaction, throat tightness, weight decreased. Trazodone dosage: 50 MG, QD, ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with IMITREX, FLUOXETINE, ALPRAZOLAM, ACETAMINOPHEN. Patient recovered.

Female patient, 16 years of age, weighting 233.7 lb, was diagnosed with post-traumatic stress disorder  and was treated with Trazodone. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: abdominal pain , anaemia haemolytic autoimmune, cardio-respiratory arrest, circulatory collapse, deep vein thrombosis , dyspnoea, dysuria, haemoglobin decreased. Trazodone dosage: 300 MG/DAY. During the same period patient was treated with VALPROATE, OLANZAPINE, LORAZEPAM, IBUPROFEN, CLOPIXOL, AUGMENTIN, CLOZARIL. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died on 08/19/2007.
