After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: cardiac arrest , completed suicide, respiratory arrest. Trazodone dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with ACETAMINOPHEN AND HYDROCODONE BITARTRATE. Patient died on 01/01/2004.
