Trastuzumab side effect was reported by a Physician from UNITED STATES on Nov 30, 2005. Female patient, 49 years of age, weighting 197.0 lb, was diagnosed with breast cancer metastatic and was treated with Trastuzumab. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: asthenia, cardiac failure congestive, cardiogenic shock, cardiomyopathy , dilatation ventricular, dysphonia, ejection fraction decreased, fatigue, hypotension. Trastuzumab dosage: 191 MG QWK IV. During the same period patient was treated with BEVACIZUMAB, NIFEDIPINE, GREEN FOOD, ATIVAN, ORIGINS, PAXIL. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

During the same period patient was treated with CAPECITABINE, VINORELBINE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

During the same period patient was treated with PACLITAXEL, LAPATINIB, HYDROCHLOROTHIAZIDE, LOPERAMIDE HYDROCHLORIDE, PERCOCET, TELMISARTAN, TEMAZEPAM, ZOLEDRONIC ACID. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: alanine aminotransferase increased, aortic valve incompetence, aspartate aminotransferase increased, blood alkaline phosphatase increased, bone pain, conjunctivitis, fatigue, hypersensitivity. Trastuzumab dosage: 8 MG/KG, SINGLE. During the same period patient was treated with EPIRUBICIN, CYCLOPHOSPHAMIDE, DOCETAXEL. Patient died on 01/17/2007.
