After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, cough, ejection fraction decreased, rhonchi, wheezing. Trastuzumab dosage: 120MG DAYS 1,8,15,22 INTRAVENOUS. Patient recovered.
