Female patient, 71 years of age, weighting 218.3 lb, was diagnosed with breast cancer  and was treated with Trastuzumab. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: blood pressure decreased, body temperature increased, chills, dyspnoea, heart rate increased, nausea , respiratory rate increased. Trastuzumab dosage: 406 MC GIVEN OF 775 MG. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
