Trastuzumab side effect was reported by a Physician from UNITED STATES on Nov 30, 2005. Female patient, 49 years of age, weighting 197.0 lb, was diagnosed with breast cancer metastatic and was treated with Trastuzumab. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: asthenia, cardiac failure congestive, cardiogenic shock, cardiomyopathy , dilatation ventricular, dysphonia, ejection fraction decreased, fatigue, hypotension. Trastuzumab dosage: 191 MG QWK IV. During the same period patient was treated with BEVACIZUMAB, NIFEDIPINE, GREEN FOOD, ATIVAN, ORIGINS, PAXIL. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

Trastuzumab dosage: 2 MG/KG 1 PER WEEK INTRAVENOUS. During the same period patient was treated with CAELYX, NAVELBINE, HYDROCHLOROTHIAZIDE, ATENOLOL, DIAZEPAM, CELEBREX, BENADRYL. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
