After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: brain damage, feeling abnormal, headache , mental disorder, metabolic disorder , nervous system disorder. Transderm dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with EFFEXOR, VICODIN, TEGRETOL. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
