After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: activities of daily living impaired, amnesia, balance disorder, confusional state, dizziness , fall , impaired driving ability, impaired work ability, off label use. Transderm dosage: 1.5 MG, Q72H, TRANSDERMAL. During the same period patient was treated with HORMONES, NEURONTIN. Patient recovered.

Transderm dosage: 1.5 MG, Q72H, TRANSDERMAL. During the same period patient was treated with NIFEDICAL, ASPIRIN, FOSAMAX, VITAMIN D, LIPITOR, DRAMAMINE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
