After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: application site erythema, application site pruritus, application site vesicles, skin disorder, skin irritation, skin ulcer, wound drainage. Transderm dosage: 1.5 MG, Q72H, TRANSDERMAL. During the same period patient was treated with HUMULIN R, LANTUS, SYNTHROID, MAXZIDE, ULTRAM, LORCET. Patient recovered.
