Trankimazin side effect was reported by a Pharmacist from on Feb 23, 2005. Female patient, 87 years of age, was diagnosed with ill-defined disorder and was treated with Trankimazin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: aphasia
, asthenia, confusional state, dysphagia, dyspnoea, headache
, malaise, urinary incontinence
, vomiting. Trankimazin dosage: 1 MG (0.5 MG, DAILY), ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with DIGOXIN, FUROSEMIDE, ENALAPRIL MALEATE, NITROGLYCERIN, PANTOPRAZOLE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
