Tranexamic side effect was reported by a Pharmacist from UNITED STATES on Dec 02, 2008. Female patient, 85 years of age, weighting 103.6 lb, was treated with Tranexamic. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: encephalopathy. Tranexamic dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with TRANEXAMIC ACID CYKLOLAPRON PFIZER, ISOFLURANE, FENTANYL, LIDOCAINE, ETOMIDATE, VECURONIUM CACL, INSULIN, HEPARIN. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: convulsion, encephalopathy, post procedural complication. Tranexamic dosage: 30MG/KG X1 IV BOLUS. During the same period patient was treated with TRANEXAMIC ACID, ETOMIDATE, SEVOFLURANE, ROCURONIUM BROMIDE, FENTANYL, CEFAZOLIN, MAGNESIUM SULPHATE. Patient recovered.
