Tranexamic side effect was reported by a Physician from on Jan 06, 2005. Female patient, 42 years of age, was diagnosed with menorrhagia and was treated with Tranexamic. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: acute myocardial infarction, arteriogram coronary abnormal, electrocardiogram q waves, electrocardiogram t wave inversion. Tranexamic dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with ORAL CONTRACEPTIVE NOS. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
